Kitusuru Project

A project undertaken in two phases ..Phase one I did full renovations and rebuilds whilst the client was away. Our only means of communication were video calls and occasionally her husband would come to the site when his work schedules could allow.

We were able to waterproof the basement and living room. Tile the basement, security house and other areas and have a revamp of their house. Another successful project was completed excellently within stipulated timelines.

Phase two – Make a few changes from their family home to a rental property…
We worked on the painting, security door fittings, ceilings and the general look and feel of the house ready for their tenant….yet another successful project.

Both phases have been executed while the owners are away and to their desired brief and expectation.
